Here is a simple, natural way to give your skin a boost. This homemade coffee ground and olive oil body scrub is a perfect addition to your home-spa. Made with just two kitchen staples. And a great way to re-use your already brewed coffee grounds. This DIY scrub helps exfoliate, hydrate, and rejuvenate your skin — leaving it soft, smooth, and glowing. It also make a great gift. My kids grew up using this. They still love it as adults. Bonus: It smells deliscious
Why Coffee Grounds?
Coffee grounds are a gentle yet effective natural exfoliant. They help slough off dead skin cells, unclog pores, and encourage blood circulation. The caffeine in coffee also has antioxidant properties that may help reduce inflammation and temporarily tighten skin, giving it a firmer, more refreshed look.
Why Olive Oil?
Olive oil is packed with vitamins E and K, along with essential fatty acids that deeply nourish and hydrate the skin. It helps restore the skin’s natural barrier, keeping it moisturized and soft. Olive oil also contains antioxidants that protect against free radicals, supporting healthy, youthful-looking skin.
