Vegan Medjool Date Caramel

Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Add dates, almond milk, vanilla, and salt to a high speed blender (This one is comparable to Vita Mix)
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Adjust consistency with a splash of coconut milk if you prefer it thinner.
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
