Cucumber Lime Mint Drink (Natural Spa Water)
Cooling, hydrating, and lightly sweet — this cucumber lime mint drink is like spa water in a glass. Perfect for summer days or anytime you need a refreshing reset.
Cucumbers = hydration + skin-boosting antioxidants.
Lime adds vitamin C and a fresh zing.
Mint aids digestion and cools the body naturally.
Ingredients (2 servings)
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
Juice of 2 limes
3–4 fresh mint sprigs
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave (optional)
2 cups cold water or sparkling water
Instructions
In a Quality Blender, Blend cucumber, lime juice, mint, and water until smooth.
Strain if you want a lighter drink.
Sweeten to taste with maple/agave.
Serve chilled, garnished with lime slices and mint leaves.
