Homemade Electrolyte Drink

Better than gatorade. Skip the neon-colored sports drinks loaded with artificial dyes and corn syrup. Not only is this homemade electrolyte drink refreshing, it’s all-natural and made with simple ingredients that are loaded with vital nutrients.

  • Coconut water naturally replenishes electrolytes.

  • Lemon adds vitamin C.

  • Sea salt restores sodium lost in sweat.

  • Maple syrup gives quick natural energy without refined sugar.

Ingredients (2 servings)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or glass pitcher. (my favorite one)

  2. Shake or stir until well mixed.

  3. Chill before drinking.

    Variations: Cucumber- lime, Strawberry-Lemon, Blackberry

    Just blend in a blender and strain or add whole fruit and allow the flavors to incorporate
