Almond Butter creamer
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
3-4 pitted Madjool Dates (or 2-3 T. of any preferred sweetener)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1tsp. Ceylon Cinnamon
1-2 twists of orange zest
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
Heat the almond milk: In a small saucepan, heat all the ingredients over low to medium heat. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
Wisk until smooth
Blend: In a high speed blender for 10-20 seconds.
Serve: Pour into your favorite coffee or tea. Store any leftover creamer in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake well before each use as the almond butter may naturally separate.
